Roher Public Relations is an independent, 2nd generation family-owned company. It was founded in 1968 in New York City as Daniel S. Roher Inc. by Daniel Roher, a former Congressional aide, campaign manager, and advertising executive. Roher PR prospered as a Manhattan-based firm serving US and international companies focused on North American markets, particularly in areas of electronics and technology. In 1996, Roher opened west coast offices in San Jose, California. In 2001, Roher relocated its Manhattan headquarters to nearby Pleasantville, N.Y., and centralized northern and southern California offices in Woodland Hills.
